As our communities take safe harbor at home and navigate these difficult times, UBKitchens is here for you. Some of us are working remotely while others are on job sites forging ahead with project builds. We have decided to close our showrooms beginning Friday March 20th for a minimum of fourteen days. Although business has certainly changed, we want you to know we're in this together, linked as human beings, doing our part to help keep each other well and safe.
We're working remotely, as needed, in order to continue making progress on your projects. We’re also hosting virtual meetings with our out-of-town clients and offering local clients the same option.
All of our field team members are trained and committed to implementing proper safety and protective protocols. Fully equipped with hand soap, gloves and wipes, our employee-only carpenters and delivery people are also required to send in their daily temperature readings prior to leaving the home.
If while sheltering at home you are inspired to think about your personal sanctuary, we’re here for you. We’re able to schedule virtual initial visits. All you need is a device and internet connection and we’ll be there to walk you through everything so reach out and we’ll do what works best for you.
We request the same commitments from you as we have laid out above, in addition to contacting your project manager immediately if someone in your household has a fever, is exhibiting signs of the virus, has tested positive, or has been exposed to someone with the virus. We will temporarily pause the project. Per our contract, we ask that during our installation or punch work visit, there are no other trades scheduled in your home or at your jobsite.
The entire UBKitchens team believes in planning, carrying out our plan, monitoring for needed changes, relying upon facts, and staying calm. We will all get through this, together. We are beyond grateful for each and every one of you—and we all love what we do.
