Marcello Arredondo


After receiving his Bachelors degree from The Art Institute of Ft. Lauderdale, Marcello Arredondo began his Kitchen Design career in 2004 after moving back to his hometown of San Antonio,TX. He began working for a national wholesaler and designed more than 1,200 kitchens to achieve yearly top sales awards from one of the largest cabinet manufactures in the country. Marcello believes that design should encompass form, fit and function to achieve not only an aesthetically coherent space, but to also give functional balance to the client’s home. From the start of the design process, Marcello will ensure your dream kitchen will become a reality through consistent communication and attention to detail.

Ellen Baker


Ellen began her design career in 2003, after a career as an analyst in New York, and has completed hundreds of kitchen and bathroom projects as well as offices and dens. She joined UB Kitchens in 2014 and enjoys meeting and working with new and former clients. She also works closely with her colleagues on the day-to-day operations of the business.

Eric Curtis

Project Manager

Winner of several World Class Service Awards, Eric Curtis spent the last decade wowing clients at Reico Kitchen & Bath, a well respected firm in Northern Virginia. Having worn the hats of both a Project Manager and Design Associate, Eric has the unique ability to see a remodel project from either angle. “Being able to access the experiences of both is invaluable” he says. Eric enjoys serving clients and is always looking to exceed their expectations. “In the end we want every client to be happy, it’s really that simple.”

Joe Hoffer


After graduating from George Mason University, Joe began his career as a Kitchen Designer in 2003 in the Washington DC area where he collaborated with builders, interior designers and homeowners while working with the largest kitchen and bath distributor in the country. He relocated to Austin and joined the team at UB Kitchens in 2010 and his designs have been featured on popular TV shows such as “Sell This House” and “Property Brothers,” as well as several design publications.

Craig Kamdar


Craig started his kitchen and bath design career at Connecticut’s largest kitchen and bath dealer in 2002, while finishing college full time at the University of Connecticut. A seven time salesperson of the year award winner, Craig arrived at UB Kitchens in 2014, with a mission to help clients find equilibrium between entertaining and functionality within a terrific design. With 15 years of industry experience, Craig's kitchen and bath designs feature intimate warm woods and/or painted cabinets in transitional styles to the modern/contemporary classics. His even-keeled and calm demeanor will assure you, and his effervescent smile will put you at ease.

Curtis Kishur


Curtis was born and raised in San Antonio, TX. The eldest son of an Air Force air traffic controller, Curtis learned at an early age the values of responsibility, respect and integrity. After several years working in the Radio industry, Curtis entered the cabinet industry in 1998 and quickly climbed the company ladder to ultimately become a project manager & kitchen designer. With a background in art & music, Curtis is a creative designer, utilizing space for maximum beauty & functionality. Specializing in builder projects, he also understands the importance of coordinating & problem solving . Other responsibilities have included Service Department Manager, Account Rep, Builder Sales Rep & Retail Salesman. Raised to be an honest hard worker, he is always happy and ready to assist our valued customers in any & every way possible.

Terry Schwartzman


Terry Schwartzman has 29 years of experience in space planning and kitchen design. She has worked on many award-winning projects around the country from high-end residential projects and multi-family projects to showroom displays, cooks’ demonstration kitchens, Street of Dreams homes and home builder showcase homes. She has won numerous accolades including 1994 Designer of the Year for Plain & Fancy Cabinets and 2004 2nd place in the NKBA Non-Residential Division. In 2010, Austin Homebuilders Association awarded her 1st place Kitchen and 1st place House, as well as Overall winner in the People’s Choice Awards. Her work has been published in local and national publications, including Kitchen & Bath Design News, Phoenix Home & Garden, Arizona Food & Lifestyle and Austin Home. She believes that “form follows function” when designing a kitchen, and works closely with clients to create a beautiful space that fits their individual lifestyle needs.
